30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@shopbellavon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@shopbellavon.com. In many cases, we can offer a full refund or send a replacement without requiring you to return the item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@shopbellavon.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
